Parents Save Baby From Carjacking

Someone tries to carjack your car -- with your baby inside. It happened to a Colorado couple, moving to Missouri, in Kansas City. The result? Some people are calling the parents brave and heroic. Others -- call them irresponsible. The video shows the couple placing the baby in the car -- then stepping away for just a moment as other families are gassing up the moving truck. Then a man approaches and tries to take off. That's when both parents jumped into action. (NBC) The parents tell ABC News, what was going through their minds. Melanie "You're never going to see your baby again." Aaron: "If he got through the parking lot, we were never going to see our child." Pinto: "Without thinking the young parents gave chase. Melanie, dragged by a moving car, shattered a window with her elbow. Melanie: "Just holding on for dear life, wherever she was going to go I was gonna go with." Pinto: "Aaron somehow managed to climb in." Aaron: "I was sitting upside down in the passenger seat kicking him and telling him my baby's in the car."
