Demi: STOP trying to be comforting and tell me the truth! *Crying into her hands* Selena: Sorry... have you taken a test? Demi: *Shakes her head* I'm too scared! Selena: Well, first thing tomorrow you come by to my house and you can take a test there, okay? Don't cry! Demi: *Looks up* You'd really let me take a test at your house? *Sniffles a little bit* Selena: *Nods* Of course I would! *Hugs her* It's gonna be okay! Nick is still gonna love you no matter what! Demi: Yeah, but him loving me doesn't mean he's gonna be okay with me being pregnant! *A few more tears fall* Selena: *Sighs* It's gonna be fine, Dems! Trust me, okay? Demi: *Sniffles; nodding* Okay... but Taylor is like, having a heart attack at your house. Are you done yet? Selena: Nearly. *Continues marking books, finishing a couple of minutes later and leaving in Demi's car* Thanks for the ride... you know, I could have just got a cab. Demi: Okay, two reasons... number one, cabs are gross and number two, the drivers are perverts who stare at you through the rear view mirror and SMOKE right in the car, which could be hazardous to your baby!
