Hot Water

When bathing your baby, you never want to use hot water. One can say that he is itching. They tell us, what he needs is a good warm bath to calm him down. Thatis doing the wrong thing. Hot water will only serve the purpose, itch itch him more than he already is.

Hot water does two things to disrupt your baby's skin. It breaks down skin's oil boom, and it released histamine. These two measures will lead to your child to scratch himself until he bleeds. Hold the child with hot water.

Daily baths

Some people say that if you have eczema you should keep out of the water. That is not quiteso. You want to make sure the bathrooms are short, less than 5 minutes, but you want to clean the surface of your skin.

When the skin is very absorbent, and you want to keep it clean. You do not want to absorb dirt or wasted body chemicals, etc.

Soap

If a person eczema, their skin is less tolerant of soap and detergents that foam. Do not use regular soap on the skin. Regular soap is loaded with irritants, especially when artificial colors andFragrances.

In place of the soap you want plain water, or use an all natural soap, or even a soap that is designed for people with sensitive skin.
